Thank you for choosing me for your beauty services! To ensure a smooth and respectful booking experience for all clients, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.


1. Booking & Payment

To secure your appointment, a [deposit amount or %] / full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
  • Remaining balances (if applicable) are due at the appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please do so at least [X hours] before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made before the notice window: Your deposit/payment can be transferred to a new date once.

If I need to cancel for any reason, your payment will be fully transferred or refunded.


6. Confirmations & Reminders

You will receive an appointment confirmation and reminder messages via [method].

7. Service Eligibility

For your safety, please inform me of any relevant health conditions or recent procedures (e.g., chemical peels, lash lifts, allergies).
I may decline service if it poses a risk, and the cancellation policy will apply.
